We are professional organizers and specialize in Greek administrative services. We lived and worked abroad in Greece and the UK and have an international, multicultural diverse professional background.
How much do ZOrganize services cost?

Where is ZOrganize located?
ZOrganize is conveniently located in Waltham, Massachusetts, USA. However, we have worked with clients from San Francisco, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, and Athens (Greece). We have had inquiries from London (UK) to New Zealand and Texas to Wisconsin.
How about confidentiality?
As a member of NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers) and NAPO- NE (New England Chapter of NAPO) we have a Code of Ethics we abide and uphold. We understand that you have entrusted us and we taken that trust very seriously. We never disclose who we are working with and what the situation may be.
Do you only work with Greek-Americans?
No. We work with Greek-somethings: Canadians, Australians, Americans, anyone of Greek descent that is interested in having someone decipher, translate and organize Greek papers they may have.
I can speak Greek, so can’t I do my Greek paperwork on my own?
Yes, you can. However, it can be extremely challenging, time-consuming and frustrating. Because we are fluent in both languages we can quickly assess and translate documents for you. Everyday Greek is very different from formal Greek. We also have access to the most up-to-date information regarding the different Greek applications. Most importantly, we understand the Greek mentality and we work with well-contected, trustworthy professionals in Greece.
How are you different from a lawyer?
We aren’t as expensive. We translate documents, prepare all the paperwork, liaise between here and Greece. We are affiliated with a Greek-American Law firm. We also have a network of people who live and work in Greece both privately and in government who provide us the most up-to-date information. We do not provide legal advice.
